Way too small

I have a pair of the gloves which I love. So I thought I would order a T-shirt. When ordering T-shirts online, you’re never sure sizes. So I reached out to the company and told them another brand that I wore and the size they told me to stick to true to size since it was a unisex shirt. It arrived Excited to get it and it was approximately two sizes smaller than what I normally wear. I returned the shirt. The problem for me was the shipping cost to get the shirt and shipping cost to return. The shirt was equal almost to the cost of the shirt. Not sure if I will re-order.
