After moving from the US we wanted to make certain we got our daughter a healthy and natural mattress that also served as something good for her comfort levels (so she would want to sleep more) and this has absolutely succeeded! She loves her mattress and we are absolutely stoked with the organic nature and lack of chemicals!

The staff were really helpful and friendly without being pushy and also new their products inside out. Our teen was fairly easy to please but us parents wanted her on a healthy mattress and we have our own naturalmat one. Happy to recommend these mattresses.

Customer service letting you down

This is the second mattress I have bought from you recently so I knew the quality would be brilliant and it was… but your communication about delivery is awful. The first mattress took longer to make than advised yet no one thought to tell me, when I chased it up, customer service was poor. Second mattress, I received an email saying my mattress was arriving at the time agreed with the delivery team… no one from the delivery team had contacted me and I had to rearrange my schedule when the courier emailed to say that it was arriving the next day.
