Great Tool
If you are taking a structured wine course like WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers, this will help calibrate your senses. Both aromas and palate. It will help you recognize primary, secondary and tertiary aromas and flavors and start building your mental database. I love using it as a deductive tool when tasting. And even if you are not persuing a career, it will enhance your apprecation of what you are drinking and your love of wine.
