Too small going to send it back

Initially received only 1 PFD

I ordered 2 PFDs but when my order arrived, there was just 1. I waited a couple of days to make sure the 2nd was on it's way before I contacted the company. Once I realized the 2nd wasn't coming I sent an email to the company. I got no response to that email, so I sent a 2nd email. I got no response from that email either. It wasn't until the company sent me a request to rate them that I was able to respond to them and explain that I never got the 2nd PFD that they realized that they hadn't sent 2. They were quite kind, apologized and let me know they would send out the 2nd PFD. In the meantime, I were able to use the PFD I did receive and found it very comfortable. I love the amount of pockets the jacket has. The 2nd PFD arrived in November. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the fact that I received no follow-up email from my 1st and 2nd attempts to contact the company.
