The quality is very good, however, the size is the problem. A man with a 16 foot needs a little more girth than say a size 10 or 11. It's nearly impossible to find a sock that fits "comfortably". Usually too short, too tight or the length of the sock, toe to heel, is insufficient. I'm honestly disappointed these don't fit me. They are (XXL) supposed to fit a size 15-17. Perhaps a new foot model is needed. Comfort and proper fit are essential, especially for the price point. I would gladly purchase several pair if they fit properly. My feet need the sock to fit well because of a neurological disease. Accuracy in the description and fit are imperative. Customer service has been exemplary. No questions asked for the return of the product. They even offered an additional coupon if I used store credit. Like I said, exemplary. I have been a customer with Big Shoes for quite a few years. I will continue to use them for my footwear purchases.
