Cloud 9 - Perfume Oil

Disappointed due to receiving items that did not have scent. Packaging was beautiful and the other product smelt amazing. I was excited to try my cloud 9 body oil my friend introduced me to, but when I got it, it had no scent just smelt like oil. I put extra amounts on think maybe i was nose blind but nope no scent at all. Then when I tried to used the concentrated fragrance oil of cloud 9, it batley had any smell at all very faint. Now when I was introduced to it from my friend who was wearing hers it was extremely potent. Im unsure of the manufacturing process but some how my items were defective. I contacted support but they were not very sympathetic and just wanted to send me a return labke that need to be returned and 7 days, and a restocking fee. It wasnt worth the hassle but I was disappointed. I wanted to support this brand so bad. I will not be a returning costumer because I don't know if I will receive another defective item. It not worth the risk

Smells great the perfume oil last longer on me

Smells amazing! Expensive for the amount, but it's my first time using the perfume oil. The body oils are great, can't wait to try it out!
