This seems like a quality product and is pleasant to use. But I should have purchased the wireless model— plugging this in, and having to use an adaptor to do so, makes it inconvenient to use at bedtime. I should have read the details more closely.

Comfylids was recommended by a friend. It’s a great product for those with dry, tired eyes. It’s easy to use and effectively soothes my eyes in minutes.

I’ve order at least 8 masks from comfylids as I give for gifts. This new one does not heat much at all even on high. Very disappointing. Would like a refund on that one
