Love the Product, Concerned About Recent Price Increases
I love this product! I’ve been purchasing the Wax Fiber + Heavy Hold Clay combo for several years now because it helps me achieve the exact hair styles I want. The only minor issue I’ve noticed with the Heavy Hold Clay is that it can be a bit difficult to wash out, but overall, it’s still a fantastic product that I thoroughly enjoy.
However, I’ve noticed that the price has been steadily increasing. Back in 2021, I used to buy it for around $20 to $22, but now it’s up to $30. As a loyal, long-time customer, this price hike is becoming noticeable, and I’d really appreciate it if you could review your current pricing structure.
