RARE Gum - Cloudforest Mint (6 Pack)

I have IBS and I’m on a low FODMAP diet so I was very happy to find a gum that I can actually chew that’s all natural and isn’t filled with plastic chemicals however it’s on the expensive side and the flavor doesn’t last too long. Plusses and minuses. Before this, I have not chewed gum in 10+ years.

Great tasting gum that I can feel confident in from a health standpoint. No artificial ingredients, including sugars, so it won’t lead to tooth decay or boost blood sugar. A win-win! The reason for 4-star rating is due to flavor not lasting for very long. Otherwise, it’s great!
