Looks great, needs a new battery, I think

Looks awesome, but frequently blacks out and loses time. This started happening within 20 mins of opening the package. Hoping it’s just a battery issue. I submitted a request with LA Apperal asking if I should expect to need to replace the battery immediately upon receiving the watch and asked whether they could tell me what type of battery it needed. No response received yet!
