I do love the rugs, but i am impressed by the customer service. I ordered two identical rugs, and they arrived separately and were different colors. I contacted customer service and they looked at a photo and immediately sent me a replacemet rug, which did match one of the rugs and I didn't even have to send the odd rug back. kudos ruggables

Stays in place, color lighter than pictured

Very happy with the quality and the all in one feature that holds the rug in place. I was slightly disappointed that the color is not what the website shows. The tan color is lighter than expected. Previously bought two 5x7s that were spot on the website picture.
