Excellent tiles, delivery and customer service

The tile was packaged, delivered and handled well. Only 4 broken tiles inside the boxes and were not visible from the outside. Sent pictures to customer service and Neal offered replacements or refund. I opted for the refund. Great tiles, great company, great service. I will certainly be using them again.
