My recent order did not go as planned. We had multiple delays on delivery. However, in making the best outcome possible given the situation… The rep helped locate the order, reshipped it using faster delivery, and offered a partial refund for some of the delay orders I incurred to make the situation better. While I still had lots of work moving around schedules on my end, I had to point out that it often feels like many companies do not work as hard as TileMart on the customer service end. I appreciated their efforts and because of it I am looking forward to using them again. I recommend TileMart for your projects.
