The whole process was easy, relatively quick, and had good results

It was nice to see that there is a company out there that could still convert Ionega zip disks. My files were successfully converted, and I was able to download them

I was charged for the transfer, but Heirloom claims it was impossible to transfer the files. Disappointing to say the least.
