8mm Film to Digital Service

This is a great service to digitalize old materials. We had 8 reels (8mm) and a box of slides from my dad. Had no idea what we would find but decided to spend the money. How I wish we had done this while my dad was alive. Most special was finding my baby pictures among the slides.

Carried my great aunt’s old reels in for digitizing, and am very happy with the results! Our family has been so excited to see this footage again. The time frame quoted online was 2 weeks, but before the first week was up they were already completed, most likely due to the shortness of the recordings, but it was still awesome to have them completed sooner than expected.

I was really pleased with the work Heirloom did to recover old 8mm film from my family (60+ year old film). They were upfront with me about the deteriorated condition of several of the reels and recovered what they could. I also felt the cost was reasonable given the challenge and condition of the reels I brought in. Highly recommend Heirloom!
