Spinach Powder

More sneaky veggies

Scattered a tablespoon of spinach into the bolognese for lasagne. Hubby doesn't like spinach. He loved the lasagne and he doesn't know about the magic ingredient. This must be great for little 'uns.

The only comments I have to make is that it’s a shame the conversion is not on each jar instead of having to refer to the table. You can also go through them very quick so larger containers would be better. The taste is exceptional though and makes cooking a lot less hassle.
