Shipping was very slow the last time and when I reached out customer service got back to me right away and followed the shipping for me. They are always pleasant and helpful. We will definitely order again. We also pick these up regularly at our favorite pet store. My dog is very picky and will not eat a treat if there is not enough "meat" in them. He loves these treats.
