Love the piece. Could have used more communication

Ordered this from an instagram ad. Got one email that order was made. And approximate date for delivery. Then nothing. For months. Delivery date came and went with no communication. A week later I sent an email to check on the status and received no response. A few days after that I got an automated email about delivery arriving soon. But no date. Maybe another week went by then suddenly morning of delivery I got an email that it was coming that day. Thankfully I was able to get back home to take it in so it didn’t get stolen. Furniture arrived well packaged but no packing slip or instructions for attaching the legs. Maybe I need more hand holding than their other customers but the customer service part was kind of minimal. Furniture looks great though and I’m happy with it.

Absolutely gorgeous! A little shipping delay, but once I reached out they rectified it immediately. My husband loves it!

Half stack, Deluxe Jr and 12 inch crate

I recently added a half stack, deluxe jr. and a 12 inch crate to my Irving TT station that I bought back in 2021. The Irving was getting full and I wanted more flip through storage as well as room for another component or two. I had to order the pieces with the wooden legs as the metal legs to match my Irving were no longer available. I'm getting a set of wooden legs for the Irving so everything matches. Everything looks awesome. Very happy with the quality and finished product. Highly recommend Wickerwood Works products. I plan to add another Deluxe Jr to even out the system and get more flip through storage.
