Great customer service

Bought two new Independence Crab Pots w/ buoys, bait jars, and 75-feet of line. Called in advance and they were ready to go when I arrived. Used in Ilwaco at my favorite spot and caught full limits for three on the first trip. No problems at all. Brutus line puller didn’t even squeak. Great pots!
