So disappointing. I bought this as a gift for my friend and it broke within less than 24 hours with no reasonable cause. I emailed them immediately with no reply. I’ve emailed 3 times and DMd them on instagram and it’s taken over 3 months to finally receive a response with still no suggestion to rectify. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

My wife loves the bracelet, but the clasp easily comes undone and the charms fall off. Maybe we have a bad clasp but it doesn’t seem to want to stay on.

My wife loves the bracelet, but the clasp easily comes undone and the charms fall off. Maybe we have a bad clasp but it doesn’t seem to want to stay on.
