Value of money

The beef have a bit of marble. The fat cap a bit thin on certain part. I like the fact it came untrimmed and I had some fun working on it. It's a bit tough compared to Australia beef

The meat itself is good, the value for the price is excellent too ! The only reason I took out a star is because usually, picanha have a bigger fat cap that you can rendre while cooking, here it is too small in my opinion
