My keeps me healthy tea.
I use this tea as part of my weekly regimen of teas for my health. When I am not feeling well, I drink it a couple times a day, along with the Turmeric Ginger tea(my favorite). For me, it keeps me healthy and when sickness is present, this tea reduces the severity of symptoms for me.
