Good chair, great customer service!
The 5-stars are for the customer service. The chair was sent with the wrong base, of no fault of Viesso, but they got it sorted out for us and stayed on top of it without us having to follow-up, which I find extremely unusual these days! Regarding the chair itself, it seems very well-made, and the wool fabric is very thick and robust, and seems like it will last a very long time. The thing about the chair is that it is much smaller than I had imagined. That of course is on me, because the published dimensions were accurate, but because none of the photos had any context it was hard to understand the scale. I actually thought it would be about 15% bigger in all dimensions. It is really more the scale of a dinner chair than a lounge chair. It is certainly handsome and well-made, just a bit puny.
