Love the cap hate the delivery system

The cap when I eventually got it was great. The fact it to 2 months to get is crazy If you are out of stock or are having other issues you need to communicate that to the customer most people will understand. The fact I had to chase you several times to try and find out where the cap was and when it would arrive is not good enough. When you want people to vote you into a position of leadership you need to get a simple thing like delivering a cap sorted out. Dave Stringer
