Mixed thoughts…

Let me just start by saying that my husband and I are HUGE fans of Naturalmat. We have the duvets, pillows, bedding etc. In a world where most products are mass produced and customer service is dwindling, Naturalmat usually get it so right! The customer service in their stores is also incredible. However, we can’t help but feel disappointed. This topper is like a mini mattress. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Especially if your mattress is very old. But it doesn’t provide really any softness at all. We are now thinking about having to get an additional topper over this to add the softness which we desire. As this topper costs £900 we feel disappointed that we feel we need to do this. So, to clarify, this isn’t a bad product at all. But I just don’t think it’s enough for us sadly.
