Elizabeth J is a smooth way to enjoy your day.
This is one of the cleanest, smooth tasting coffees I have ever experienced. Pacamara variety beans must be the secret. It’s sweet and no bitterness. I save this for my Sunday morning coffee.

Very Unique
Elizabeth J is a wonderfully unique coffee that has the fruit-forward characteristics of a lighter roast, but masters a smooth finish. I have had it as an espresso and as a pour over so far. Excellent. I will try it in other brewing styles. Oh, and I also had it as part of a batch brew blend, and its contribution was noticeable and welcome.
