Denali 605Pro | Stainless Smart Propane Gas Grill

Assembly was a breeze. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I referred to the video for a couple of hints. The two tool assembly, a screwdriver and your thumb was a welcome simplification! All parts arrived in multiple boxes. One box was damaged but the contents were so well packaged the grill sustained no damage. This would have been a five star review except as everyone says, the temp/probe display is not bright enough in the sun. An angled touch display instead of flat vertical, would be a useful, user friendly change. I cooked four small 1. 5 inch thick steaks and vegetables on my brand new 605 Pro last night July 18, 2026. (First use) I used the main sear and medium heat on the left side after searing each side. I also used a single temp probe in one steak. I was able to fit all four steaks over the main sear at one time. This grill has plenty of space! The steaks came out medium rare at 130 degs. Spending the extra money for all of the options was well worth it.

My Monument

Very easy to assemble. The you tube video was excellent. Everything went together as planned. Using the grill is a breeze and very satisfying. Look forward to many years of creative cooking with my Monument grill.

Denali 605 pro

Upgraded my older Monument grill with the Denali 605 pro. Went together like a charm and works beautiful . Nice looking grill and the newer features opens up new grilling potential. The grill performs exceptionally well . Verry pleased with my purchase . The side shelf had a small ding in it but the customer service sent out a new one which was really easy to swap out. Overall I am very pleased with the product and the after sale service. thank again Monument for a sleek looking grill.
