Unable to contact company at all

Problem with my order as I didn’t realise I had to order my skylights 200 mm larger than the actual opening , tried to contact the company , eventually getting an email address from the delivery company , emailed with my issue , nobody replied , v disappointed & now stuck with a skylight I’ll have to try & sell

We cannot fault this at all. From the start of our purchase, its superb delivery and waiting until we could install it on our ground floor extension. The current British weather (rain, rain and more rain) may have delayed our installation but it was in a prime spot inside for its workmanship to be admired. Having finally installed the two flat rooflights with dots of sealant, we had more rain...and more rain...and even more rain which basically has given us the opportunity to test the (non-) pooling of water. We are delighted so far. We cannot wait to fully seal these rooflights. They look amazing both internally and externally. Thank you so much. The photos are from today...and it is still raining!
