The beetroot and cacoa flavours work really well together and tastes delicious. It's really easy to prepare. I add some to my protein shake or have it instead of coffee. A cup in the afternoon keeps me feeling focused and productive without keeping me up all night.

Blooming nights

I am a registered nurse, I work in emergency and a short stay unit that is attached to it. Bloom is my go to for nightshift, it keeps me alert but not jittery or overstimulated. Theres a huge improvement to the brain fog that comes with nightshift Theres no caffeine crash and I never have an issue getting to sleep in the morning. Some of my colleagues have tried it and love it as well. Highly recommend if you are a nurse or health care worker
