Ford, 2009-2020, 5.0L, Clamp/On - MPI Exhaust Cat-Back Dual Exhaust Kits

All materials provided seen to be good quality and durable. Besides the clamps. Could not tighten them enough to not leak exhaust without breaking them. Will have to try with stronger clamps. I assume it's because the exhaust pipe is very thick which is good but heavy and hard for the clamps to seal without breaking. Overall it was a bit hard to line up but sounds really good so far. Just need to tweak a few things. I installed on a 2018 f150 5.0 as it's a clamp on system for multiple generations not sure if it lined up as perfect as I'd like but, it still looks and sounds good. Chose this system over other model specific cat backs for the no drone claim. Very mild sound in the cab while cruising at 65 from what I can tell. But solid rumble when getting up to speed and city driving. Overall happy with purchase just a few small issues that can be fixed.

As far as quality goes, the pipe, mufflers, and tips are excellent... now the clamps are well built but strip out very easily. Be careful when tightening them! The bends that go over the axle are very tight and, in my particular case, touch the bottom of my truck bed, causing a loud vibration (easy fix). The Drivers side tail pipe is a bit too long, so i had to cut it down to properly fit the tip. Had to repace a few of the clamps due to stripping from a 3/8 impact. The drivers side tailpipe does not fit to my taste, but that said, i can adjust it, but I will have to purchase a new exhaust hanger to raise to the proper height. Keep in mind with all of these things i have said, This kit is meant to fit many different trucks, so i wasn't expecting it to be perfect. All things considered, i still think this kit is worth the money. Excellent classic chamber muffler sound with a good bit of rasp, gets loud when you want it to, but stays quiet when you're not on it.
