Neutral Pumpkin Pattern

I was very disappointed when I received my doormat. It was placed in a tiny box folded. When I opened the box and took out the doormat the paint was all cracked and looked awful. When I reached out to the company they stated it was on their FAQ which is my fault I missed, but the fact that they have to add it to their FAQ means they know it’s a known issue. All they have to do is ship in a flat box similar to weather tech and they wouldn’t have this issue and upset customers. Very disappointing I waited a month for this and paid over $45 to not put it on my porch and get a response of this is on our FAQ and that was it. Highly would not recommend.
