I'm a fan of the P&S roasting approach. You guys hit the chocolatey/nutty notes consistently, and throw in the occasional "exotic" flavour profile regularly enough to keep things novel.

Great quality coffee and the assortment was very nice.

The coffee is great but we ordered too much for our office so had to suspend our subscription a couple of times.
