As a Consultant occupational therapist that travels from school to school doing whole class Mindfulness and self regulation interventions, these cards have been an absolute blessing! Beautiful introduction for my toddler

I have the joy of helping to care for my two year old granddaughter. As a former yoga teacher I have shared some yoga poses with her and she has shown a natural curiosity to learn more. These beautiful cards are perfect to help me teach her in a way that her young mind can grasp. Introducing yoga at an early age will position her to use this ancient and wise practice throughout her life.
