It’s incredible how much more difficult it is to dead hang with this thing instead of on a simple bar. The rotation means that you have to actively work to push your hands forward which forces the forearms to engage way more intensely! Construction quality is excellent and it hangs on my rack flawlessly. All around a super impressive product.

I bought this bar specifically to train for our County Fair that comes to town every August. Myself, wife, and 3 kids are all training so we can walk in to the fair, put down our $10 and win $100 each and then have the night of our lives with a $500 WIN... the Family that hangs together stays together

I'm the kind of guy who will train specifically for the "hang for 100 seconds win $100 dollars" dead hang challenge that they have at carnivals. I try it every year at Ren Faire and only have been able to do it once (last year). I was reaching out to companies to see someone would make a custom spinning pull up bar. I'm legit so happy to have found this.
