Sizing too big

Quality is good, however the sizing seems off. Our son wears 4T trousers, and these 4T rain pants are ginormous. They dont come in a smaller size, so trying to decide what to do. Too big to wear right now even if we roll up the waist. . . .

These were for my grandson who lives in Alaska. They are perfect gear for the everyday elements for Alaska weather.
