They worked great as always and I always refer people to power steps for thirty years as a chiropractor. One problem I was fishing in the Susquehanna river and I was wearing them . Stepped in deep mud and for the life of me couldn’t locate the sand al . So deep in the mud and dirty water couldn’t locate it to save my life. Best orthotic slipper I've had

Compared to my old favorite (a CVS / New Balance co-branded thing) the PowerStep sandal has much firmer, more defined support zones; in fact, it's mildly uncomfortable to wear for long periods when breaking it in -- but the level of pain relief it brings me, and the noticeable difference in my stride, has me convinced that it's the best option for me. Even three times the cost of my old favorite, its efficacy and its smaller profile make it a winner.

Very uncomfortable

I was disappointed to get these and find they were uncomfortable and had very little arch support.
