Very nice pudding option

I wouldn't say this is like a porride exactly. It is however a very tastey and satisfying pudding option. The finger millet cooks up into a smooth consistency a little like semolina. The spices and cacao make for a more complex flavour. How much milk to use is vague on the packet, just add a little at a time until its the right consistency for you. I like to add either ghee or coconut oil for extra richness.
