Adhesive Failure

I am on my third pad in 3 uses. The wool side is fine but the "loop" backing material that holds the pad to the backing plate fails and the pad goes flying off leaving the "loop" material stuck to the backing plate. The hook and loop connection is strong but it seems the adhesive let's go when the pad warms up?? I tried re-glueing it back on with different adhesives but no success. Too bad, because they are decent pads for the price.
