I bought my Turtle Creek items at our State Fair as the Fair was preparing to close. I had looked at there booth earlier in the day. I ended up purchasing the Diamondback flashlight, the Hydra Elite 3 in 1 Headlamp & a Hawksbill Tactical Headlamp. I had paid cash and forgot to get a receipt. Upon getting home later in the night I was checking out the lights when I noticed an issue with Hawksbill, the light adjuster was extremely loose. I could not come up with a way to fix the issue. So, I emailed Turtle Creek about the issue. Within 24 hours the contacted me and I explained the issue. They were very quick to take care of my issue. I receive a replacement in the mail within a couple of days. I was very impressed with the response I received. I am also very impressed with their products overall.
