Very cute, sizing unrealistic

I am not well endowed, wear a 32B so figured my normal size 2 would fit. That would not have fit my prepubescent body! I exchanged for a size 4 which was still so small, I was falling out of all sides of the top. It’s great material and cute on the model, just wish I could figure out sizing!
