I have two hydrolids which I really love. One of them had an issue and when I reached out to customer service they immediately sent me a new one. Great service.

Great concept but cheap materials
Great concept and very useful, but cheaply made. I dropped it ONCE (from my shoulder to the ground) and the lid completely cracked. You would think for a product that is made for outdoors activities would be more durable. Wrong type of plastic for this application. Plus, it is not covered by warranty for "accidental damage".
