Green Ngāhere Contemporary Korowai

Apologises to anyone who has received their korowai by hiria and it has been beautiful and everything. But unfortunately i did have the same experience from being told i cant have a refund due to my korowai already being “prepared” to be made, but then receiving an email 1-2 weeks later saying that the delivery is going to be delayed a week due to some “stock” issues, as well communication from hiria, very appealing service. Please be aware of what you are buying. I ended up still opting to recieve my korowai to save hassle of trying to fight to get a refund, but be mindful - hiria doesnt give refunds for change of mind purchases. I hope that the next person has a better experience with this company. A shout out to jackie from the team. Thank you for your mahi. Appreciate you. But it’s definitely a 1 star.

I bought 1 for myself & daughter to wear to my son’s wedding, we live in the UK & I ordered them to collect while I was home on a Whānau reunion, the reviews from guests were so positive & we both felt amazing to wear such beautiful Korowai’s, thank you, I will definitely buy more for my grandchildren when they are a little older.
