The ring took some time to come in, but it is absolutely amazing! And the band that came with it too is gorgeous! It took some time from when I placed the order until it was delivered (somewhere around 3-4 weeks, but it was around Christmas time). ShyGems customer service was great, a little slow once in a while on response, but I would receive a response every question I sent. They are super helpful! I would purchase from this company again! Very pleased! It might take some time to get your product, but you will get it and love it!
