I was disappointed in the item that was sent to me. I was More disappointed at the Response that I Eventually received from your customer service representative. The clusters were NOT placed close together which created Obvious spaces which resulted in Not achieving a cluster effect. I immediately sent a text voicing my concerns. Photos were requested. Photos were sent. The basic response was sorry and that's All. Just be cautious what you order. It may not be what you Receive Nor will you get a Replacement.
