Smile Style Butterfly Mug

The Butterfly Mug was absolutely beautiful and was very well-received by the recipient!

I ordered the “Flutter Smile” Donna Sharam mug from an art gallery and paid for express post to give as a birthday gift. I own three other Donna Sharam mugs and love them — they’re bright, vibrant, and beautifully made. This one, however, arrived looking smudged, uneven, and dirty, as if it had been damaged in storage. It looks nothing like the clear, vibrant product photos online. If this appearance is intentional, the images on the listing should reflect it so buyers know exactly what to expect. I contacted the seller but was told “it’s art.” Based on my other mugs, I believe this one is simply below the usual standard. Sadly, I won’t be giving it as a gift.
