DiGest Forte has been very effective for me for 30 years. I take 1-2 pills 10 minutes before I eat. While eating, I take Zypan (1-6) with my meal and the combination has been a tremendous help digesting my food. It helps to stick with the foods that are easiest on your digestive system. It helps to keep it simple while you listen to your body to determine combination and amounts for each meal work for you. Some foods you will have to give up as the supplements may not work for all foods, such as dairy. Feeling healthy and well is very important to me and these 2 supplements make it happen.
