Maybe I had too high expectations?

My husband asked for a watch roll for Christmas to store his new watch. I searched everywhere and didn’t want to buy a cheap one on the big A so I searched around some well known stores and came across this website. The products and reviews looked promising so I went ahead and bought one. The roll itself looks ok but I guess for the price I was expecting the packaging to reflect that too. Otherwise the roll itself is nice, stitching looks good, no strong smells and the lining is lovely and soft. Delivery was quick and well protected.
