Roasted Chicken Cobb Salad

The smell was so strong it was hard to enjoy the salad. I keep reminding myself not to trust the picture and that I have to check ingredients every time I order. Kale is a wonderful green but it does NOT travel well raw and undressed. I will not order this salad again. Sad, because otherwise it was good.

Only OK. Having all that moist stuff on top of the spinach just results in limp, watery spinach that you have to throw away. If you DO a salad, put the lettuce/spinach ON TOP of everything…or use a 2 space container like the hot meals.

This was delicious! Tomatoes were fresh, avocados a treat. Chicken was tasty my only criticism is that it could have been more tender.
