No Fillet on T-bone

I received my T-bone today, but it looks like I got the end piece. The fillet portion is almost non-existent and the steak is mostly sirloin.

Bought 4 of these. Have to say only 1 of them is what you expect a T bone to be, with a good piece of fillet. The other 3 were basically a big sirloin on a bone. Taste great though. Delivery was bang on time.

Great T-bone!!

Highly recommend. Reverse seared using oven with steam assist, then smashed on BBQ grill around 350c. Came out medium/medium rare and the meat was deliciously tender and tasty. Next time I'll lower the steam over temp to 100c and 30mins to ensure medium rare. Will buy again for sure!!
