Tank was fine, however too big…2XL… so returned it RMA#4158534 for an exchange…XL. Have sent emails as I have requested the tank to be sent to a different address with a wrong postcode when I went through the RMA process. In the emails I have corrected this mistake and also wrote a note which I put in the parcel when I returned. So far I haven’t heard back on this matter and am wondering if it’s got lost in the process. Tracing the tracking number I know it arrived last week. Some acknowledgment to my emails would be appreciated Kind regards Lois
